These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Planidge website and application at planidge.com and related services (the “Service”), operated by Planidge (“Planidge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a sole trader. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a paid plan. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Planidge is a collaborative travel-planning tool that lets you create, organise, and share trip itineraries, and offers AI-assisted features such as itinerary generation, suggestions, a chat assistant, document parsing, and flight lookups. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at privacy@planidge.com of any unauthorised use. You may use an anonymous session, but some features require a registered account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
UK/EU consumers: you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital services. By starting to use a paid plan immediately, you expressly request that we begin providing the service during the cancellation period and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. This does not affect your statutory rights where the service is faulty or not as described.
You retain ownership of the trips, text, names, files, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, display, and share Your Content as needed to operate and provide the Service (including processing it through the third-party services described in our Privacy Policy).
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights to submit it. Where Your Content includes personal information about other people (for example travel companions named in a trip, or details in an uploaded booking document), you confirm you have a lawful basis to share that information with us for processing.
AI features produce automated suggestions and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. AI output is provided for convenience only and is not professional travel, legal, medical, or financial advice. You must independently verify important details — including flights, schedules, prices, bookings, opening hours, and reservations — before relying on them. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights; upload malicious, illegal, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ data; reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; or misuse the AI features (for example to generate unlawful content). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service relies on and integrates third-party services (including those listed in our Privacy Policy). Your use of features powered by them may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding (excluding Your Content), is owned by Planidge and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as permitted.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content (including AI output and travel data) is accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planidge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or £50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify and hold Planidge harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rights and the courts of your place of residence that apply to you under local law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
